1. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At SINKIN, every item is produced, handled, and packaged with care. Because many items are made-to-order, limited edition, or pre-order based, our return and cancellation options are structured to protect both our customers and our creative process.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
   •    Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
   •    Returns are only accepted for:
   •    Incorrect items received
   •    Damaged items upon arrival
   •    Manufacturing defects
   •    Items must be:
   •    Unworn
   •    Unwashed
   •    In original packaging
   •    Free of odors, stains, or alterations

Items NOT eligible for return or refund:
   •    Pre-orders
   •    Limited-release or made-to-order items
   •    Items purchased during sales/clearance
   •    Gift cards or digital products

Return Authorization (RMA) Process

To begin a return, email us at syncindrip@gmail.com with:
   1.    Full name
   2.    Order number
   3.    Photos of issue (if applicable)
   4.    Reason for return

If approved, you will receive an RMA Number and a return shipping address.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via:
   •    Original payment method
   •    Store credit (optional)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations
   •    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
   •    Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing any disputes. Our detailed return and fulfillment documentation helps ensure a smooth, fair resolution for both sides.

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

At SINKIN, every order is prepared with care. Since many of our garments are produced in small batches, processing times may vary.

Processing Times
   •    In-stock items: 2–4 business days
   •    Pre-orders: Estimated ship window will be listed on the product page
   •    Made-to-order items: 7–14 business days (depending on volume)

You will receive:
   1.    Order confirmation email after purchase
   2.    Fulfillment update once your order is being prepared
   3.    Tracking information upon shipment

Shipping Methods

We currently offer:
   •    Local Delivery (select NYC areas)
   •    Local Pickup (schedule provided at checkout)
   •    Domestic Shipping within all 50 U.S. states
   •    Free shipping may apply depending on order type and promos.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within:
   •    3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, pre-order periods, or carrier-related issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
